Leasing

CARE provides negotiation, management, and administrative services for university real estate lease holdings. Leased properties comprise approximately 2.1 million square feet, including the Monroe Park Campus, MCV Campus, parking facilities, and all other remote locations (both domestic and foreign, such as VCUarts Qatar).

All requests for leased space must be submitted to Real Estate Services using the online space request form. This form requires approval of the respective senior management, such as department chairs, deans, provosts, or vice presidents, along with a valid Banner index number, before a search for available space to lease can begin.
